Ordering
I accept two types of orders:
1) Pre-made pieces viewable on the Shopping page.
2) Special orders
To purchase a pre-made piece, order and pay via paypal with the link shown next to the pictured item. To place a special order, or pay by other means, please contact me at terra@alumni.virginia.edu.
Prices
The price of each pre-made piece is displayed with its photo on the Shopping page. The price of special orders will be determined on a case-by-case basis. A 50% advance payment is required on all special orders.
Payment
Credit cards are accepted via www.paypal.com. Personal checks and money orders are also accepted; however, these methods of payment will slow your order.
Sizing
Sizing is of particular concern with bracelets. As wrist-size varies significantly, please have a size (in inches) in mind when ordering. When applicable, the size of a pre-made piece will be displayed with its photo on the Shopping page. Alternatively, choose an elastic-strung bracelet, which may not be as durable, but is easy to wear and fits many more wrist sizes.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping is available within the 48 states. Shipping and handling is $5 for orders up to $49.99; $7 for orders up to $99.99; $10 for orders up to 199.99 and $13 thereafter. This charge includes a gift box for each item purchased. Alternatively, handling is free if you are able to meet me to pick up your order in the vicinity of 18th and K Streets in Northwest Washington, DC. To buy an item without incurring shipping charges, do not use the "Paypal" link on the Shopping page. Instead, go to www.paypal.com and "Send Money" to terra@alumni.virginia.edu with an adequate description of the item you are purchasing.

If you're not 100% satified with your piece, feel free to return it or request an alteration. Likewise, if by chance, you lose or break a piece, feel free to contact me about replacements or repairs.
